Elements Casino Surrey, close to Langley

From Monday to Thursday the casino is open 10 AM to 4 AM, while Friday to Sunday it operates for 24 hours. On holidays, opening hours may change, so confirm them directly with the venue.

Live tables run on a shorter schedule: 10 AM to 1 AM from Sunday to Thursday, and 10 AM to 3 AM on Friday and Saturday. Of the 10 tables, three deal blackjack: two Table Bet Blackjack and one Low Limit Blackjack. Three more run a Texas Hold'em table game. Four Card Poker, Ruyi Baccarat, Squeeze Ruyi Baccarat and Roulette have one table each. There is no poker room.

The floor also has over 500 slots and e-tables. In the Action Arena, electronic roulette starts at $0.50 on three live wheels and one virtual wheel. Electronic baccarat starts at $5 on two live tables and one virtual. A virtual Texas Hold'em table game sits in the same area.

Food comes from a buffet restaurant with a weekend all-you-can-eat buffet, and from Foodies. On Friday and Saturday nights, The Elements Bar is open. Comedy and live music run weekly. For groups, The Dragon Lounge holds 220 cocktail or 160 seated, and The Homestretch at Elements takes up to 350. The casino also publishes simulcast horse racing schedules.

Admission requires age 19+ and government-issued photo ID. Staff scan the ID at the door and check it against GameBreak and restricted lists, but it is not kept. Elements Casino Surrey uses Encore Rewards. Setting a spending limit before going is a sensible step.

Elements Casino Surrey is 5.2 km from Langley City in a straight line. Unlike Cascades Casino Langley, which is open 24 hours a day, it closes at 4 AM from Monday to Thursday. Cascades has a 6-table poker room and 28 live table games; Elements has 10 live tables and no poker room.

The casino operates in the grandstand building of the former Fraser Downs racetrack. When the City of Surrey ended the track lease, live harness racing there stopped, on August 15, 2025. Great Canadian Entertainment continues to operate the casino as of October 7, 2026. Its sale to SE-MI-AH-MU Development Corporation of the Semiahmoo First Nation was agreed on March 9, 2026, and needs approval from regulators and the City of Surrey.
